Aspiring readers: third event

A training programme comprising three sessions, designed to explore various approaches to reading and to discover different types of books capable of stimulating children’s imagination and expressive abilities. During the sessions, participants will learn how to select the most suitable texts for specific activities and how to use voice, pauses, rhythm and images effectively when reading aloud. At the end of the course, participants will have the opportunity to put what they have learnt into practice by supporting the ‘Nati per Leggere’ reading group based at the library. Participation requires attendance at at least two of the three scheduled sessions, on 16 and 23 May and 6 June. The initiative is open to all members of the public and will take place at the Jesolo Public Library, in Piazzetta Jesolo 1 (30016 Jesolo, VE), from 10:00–12:00 for the session on 6 June.
